General Purpose:

As an Account Maintenance Specialist, you'll be entrusted with maintaining precise customer records and fostering effective communication with our credit and accounting teams to uphold Wolter's high standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain new and existing customer accounts.
• Verify customer information and address any potential fraud concerns.
• Communicate with customers to facilitate smooth invoicing processes.
• Evaluate customer credit and assign appropriate credit limits.
• Accurately assign tax, territory, and sales information to customer records.
• Update open orders in response to changes in customer accounts.
• Manage pending credit applications and follow up on references.
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
• Handle requests for ACH/Wire Payments, COI, etc.
• Ensure 99% invoice delivery via email.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Accounting Supervisor or Manager.
